Damon Young is a Senior Consultant who brings business and technology leaders together, applying digital innovation techniques, to get the most value from their IT portfolio investment.

As someone who was first introduced to the concept of Total Quality Management on his first internship in college, Damon believes that any enterprise can unlock unprecedented potential if everyone with a stake grasps the mission, the role they play, and the reward that both the organization and they themselves can reap if successful.

Early in his career, Damon built innovative e-commerce applications for BMG Entertainment, Standard & Poors, Nickelodeon, and others, and was a key member of the leadership teams that launched Amazon.com’s AppStore for Android and Hulu’s integrations with Facebook, Twitter, and a range of Pay TV providers.  He designed the solution architecture for the first ever successful end-to-end scalability test for one of the largest managed care providers in the United States as they prepared for an order-of-magnitude increase in health insurance claims as a part of the Affordable Care Act.  He then created a testing framework for this same managed care provider to discover tens of thousands of previously undocumented coverage discrepancies in their legacy membership database.

Damon is a Certified Scrum Master and has been certified in Change Management Methodology by PROSCI. Damon also holds a patent related to timeline-based user comments in streaming video.

Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in for Computer Science from Princeton University as well as a Masters in Fine Art for Screenwriting from the American Film Institute Graduate Conservatory.

Scott Stewart is an Enterprise Architect dedicated to collaborating with members across the Enterprise to develop strategies and roadmaps that are aligned with business objectives.  Scott believes that businesses and people succeed when all are striving towards common goals. Scott partnered with key IT and business leaders at the Cleveland Clinic to develop strategies and roadmaps for storage, networking, cloud, compute, and hypercomputing that ensure technologies and processes deliver exceptional value and keep pace with technological trends. Scott established and refined strategies that ensured a continuously improving world class patient experience. At ADP, Scott was a key member of a team that re-architected and migrated a stand alone data center into the corporate data center. Scott has worked at every level of IT from department and project management to devops and system engineering for close to 20 years. He leverages this diverse background to help build big picture consensus and drive meaningful change. Scott is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and is at home researching and incorporating the latest successful trends into strategy. Scott has a BA in music with a minor in math and physics from Colorado State University and has a passion for solving problems using a unique combination of creative and strategic thinking.

Nathan Johnson is an analyst and communications operator with an eye for detail and an incisive ability to understand people. He believes the value of listening is often undersold in a world with much to say, and sees a critical need for effective communication to enable change of any scale. Fundamentally, he helps businesses understand and utilize their internal connections – people, processes, and technology working together toward a common strategic outcome. He has supported Change Management and Architecture Operations processes through a variety of IT organizational restructuring efforts, and worked with a diverse array of people in retail, healthcare, real estate, utility, and restaurant sectors. When off the clock, Nathan enjoys camping, live music, dancing, and songwriting.

Gustav earned a bachelor’s degree in Music from Colorado State University-Pueblo and a master’s degree from the University of Hartford in Music Composition.
